Running every day can harm your knees if you:
- Run on hard surfaces only
- Wear worn-out shoes
- Have poor form
- Don’t rest or stretch
Safer approach:
- Run 3–4 times a week
- Use good running shoes
- Mix with walking or cycling
- Stretch your legs after running
Running itself is not bad — running without recovery is what causes knee pain.
