You don’t need a gym to lose belly fat — you need good eating habits + daily movement.
Here’s the simplest plan:

  • Do this daily:
  • Walk 30–45 minutes (fast pace).

  • Drink water before meals.

  • Sleep at least 7 hours.

 

  • Eat more of these:
  • Eggs, beans, fish

  • Vegetables

  • Whole grains

  • Fruits (moderate)

 

  • Avoid these:
  • Sugar

  • Soda

  • Excess bread & chapati

  • Fried foods

  • Belly fat reduces when your calories go down and your activity goes up — not from gym machines.
