You don’t need a gym to lose belly fat — you need good eating habits + daily movement.
Here’s the simplest plan:
- Do this daily:

Walk 30–45 minutes (fast pace).

Drink water before meals.

Sleep at least 7 hours.
- Eat more of these:

Eggs, beans, fish

Vegetables

Whole grains

Fruits (moderate)
